Pitch Night is back, and bigger and better than ever, with $2,000 on the line!
Join Small Town Startup and the community for a night that could change your businesses future- whether you're just starting out and looking for seed money, planning on an expansion and hoping to secure funds, or just looking to gain community support behind a big idea... this is your moment.
A panel of five local judges will determine the winner. Each participant will participate in a 5-8 minute pitch of their business idea, and then participate in a 3 minute Q&A sessions with our judges. Winners will be determined based on anonymous scoring and receive cash prizes as follows:

Required to Pitch:
- Script that does not exceed 5 minutes

Clear and visually engaging slide deck
- 5 printed handouts detailing key statistics, financials, and information for judges
- $100 buy-in (required upon registration)
Eligible Businesses:
- Business must be located in Tennessee or Kentucky
- Must have been in business eight years or less from January 2025
- Employee count cannot total more than ten
- Franchises excluded
- Pitch participants must be 16+, and may pitch solo or as a group
